Is your package not to your liking? That's unfortunate! We aim to resolve this quickly for you. Within 14 days of receiving it, you can return a product.
How do I return my order?

Send an email to info@steam-story.com with the subject line: Returns | "your order number".
Within 24 hours, you'll receive return instructions from us. - Attach the label to the box and return the entire package with all the originally included accessories.
- Drop off the return package at a nearby DHL or PostNL service point.
What happens after I've returned my order?
Once your package is with the carrier, we'll keep you informed about the return process. We'll notify you when the return package arrives, when we process the package, and when you'll receive your refund. Upon receiving your return shipment, we'll process it within 10 days.
How long until I get my refund?
Once we've received your return, you'll receive the refund within 10 days at the latest. We may delay the refund until we've received the return or until you've provided proof of return. The amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygienic reasons, opened or used products, where the seal has been broken, cannot be returned or refunded.
Laundry fragrance is considered a hygiene product as it comes into direct contact with clothing, bedding, and other textiles used daily by individuals. Similar to cosmetics or beauty products, opening the bottle may affect the product’s quality and integrity. An opened bottle can potentially become contaminated or otherwise no longer meet the original condition in which it was delivered.
Furthermore, with products like laundry fragrance, it is not possible to verify if any changes have occurred to the contents after the seal has been broken.
